How to Host a Conference and Publish Conference Papers
Colleges, universities, research institutes and professional bodies can run their own national or international conference and have the accepted, peer-reviewed papers published by JMVRA as open-access proceedings. Your institution organises the event; JMVRA handles the publication side under a written agreement.
Host your conference
- Plan the event — theme, tracks, dates, venue or online format, and your organising committee.
- Send a request — submit the conference details through the enquiry form so the editorial office can review scope and fit.
- Receive the MoU — once your proposal is accepted, the editorial office issues an MoU setting out scope, responsibilities, schedule and charges.
- Announce your call for papers — your committee circulates the call and collects papers from authors.
- Run the conference — presentations and sessions are organised and managed by your institution.
Publish your conference papers
- Forward the papers — selected papers are sent to JMVRA in the journal template.
- Screening & peer review — each paper is checked for similarity and reviewed; acceptance is never automatic.
- Publication — accepted papers are published open access as conference proceedings, each with a permanent paper ID.
- Optional Crossref DOI — available where the organising committee opts for it.
- Listed on the site — the conference appears on the JMVRA conference pages with its papers.
Conference paper publication: ₹500 + GST per paper; final terms are confirmed in the MoU.

Impact Factor and Citation Metrics
The impact and citation picture behind every JMVRA paper: the calculated Impact Factor, with Google Scholar citation counts shown once they are verified at the source.
Source: JMVRA Google Scholar profile
Until then, you can check JMVRA’s citations yourself on Google Scholar, OpenAlex (search results) or Crossref Search.
Important note: The Impact Factor (11.25) is a calculated metric based on citations from Google Scholar and Semantic Scholar. It is not an official Clarivate Journal Impact Factor (JCR). All other statistics are taken from their respective platforms and may vary over time; please verify each metric at the original source using the links above.
