JMVRA registers Crossref DOIs on request (prefix 10.56975); ask the conference desk whether DOIs apply to your proceedings.

The same request route is used for conference-linked and themed special issues.
From Conference Request to Published Proceedings
- Submit the conference requestFill in the secure online form: conference name, organising institution, contact person, website, a description and (optionally) the brochure.
- Editorial reviewThe editorial team reviews every request and contacts you by email or phone. A request is not an acceptance.
- Agreement (MOU)Once a proposal is accepted, the editorial office issues the MOU setting out scope, responsibilities, schedule and charges.
- Collect camera-ready papersThe organiser gathers the conference papers in the journal’s format, as agreed.
- Screening and reviewPapers are checked for scope and similarity and reviewed under the journal’s policies. Participation does not guarantee publication.
- Publication and listingAccepted papers are published as proceedings, online and in print where agreed, and the conference is listed on the Recent Conferences page.
Stages, not fixed timelines: the schedule depends on your conference, the papers and the MOU. The blank MOU format is not published — the editorial office issues it after acceptance.

The publication fee — ₹971 INR for Indian authors or $41 USD for foreign authors — is charged only after acceptance. Your paper is evaluated by expert reviewers, and acceptance or rejection notifications are sent via email and SMS.
