Before you send it
What happens after I submit this request?
You see an on-screen confirmation with a reference ID and receive a confirmation email. The editorial team reviews every request and contacts you on the email or mobile number you gave; your conference is listed publicly only after approval.
Is submitting a request the same as being accepted?
No. A request is reviewed first. Once a proposal is accepted the editorial office issues the MOU, which sets out scope, schedule and charges, and the conference is then listed as upcoming.
Can I attach the brochure later?
Yes. The brochure is optional here — email it to the editorial office quoting your reference ID, or send it when the team contacts you.
What does conference paper publication cost?
See the Conference Proposal page for the per-paper charge; the final terms are confirmed in the MOU issued after acceptance.
Prefer to talk first?
The conference desk answers questions about the procedure, the MOU and the charges before you submit.
