Which File Do You Need, and When?
Not every file above is needed at once. They belong to three different points in the process, and downloading the right one at the right time is what keeps a submission moving — the most common delay is an author sending the undertaking form before the paper has even been accepted.

Manuscript Format at a Glance
These are the settings already applied inside the sample paper format, so writing directly into that file gets them for free. They are listed here so you can check an existing draft without opening it.
Completing the Undertaking Form
This form is the single most common reason a paper is sent back after acceptance. It has to be a scan of a physically signed page — a typed name or a pasted image of a signature is not accepted.
Download & print
Print the form on plain paper. One form covers all authors of the paper.
Fill in by hand
Paper title, registration ID and every author’s name exactly as submitted.
Sign in ink
Handwritten signature from the corresponding author. Digital signatures are not accepted.
Scan & email
Scan as PDF and send with the other documents in a single email.
IJRTI2508001.docx.
Sending documents one at a time restarts the review of your file set, which is
what usually delays publication past the normal 1–2 days.
Quick answers about the files
Which file do I need first?
Only the sample paper format (.docx). Write your paper into it; the fonts, spacing, headings and IEEE reference style are already set.
When do I send the undertaking form?
Only after your paper is accepted — never at submission. Send it with the formatted manuscript, ID proof and payment proof in one e-mail, registration ID in the subject.
Can the undertaking be signed digitally?
No. Print it, sign it by hand in ink and scan it as a PDF; a typed name or a pasted signature image is not accepted.
Where do I get my real certificate?
After publication, every author downloads the certificate of publication from Track Your Paper with the registration ID and private key.
Cannot open a file or need a different format?
Write to the editorial office with the file name and your registration ID; the template and forms can also be sent by e-mail.
