How the RMS Works — Four Steps
Step 1
Join RMS Any qualified academic can join the Reviewer & Referral Management System as a member. Register through the online form — there is no fee to join, and no obligation to review a set number of papers.
Step 2
Refer a colleague Refer a colleague or student to publish with JMVRA. Give them your Reviewer ID, which they enter when they submit their paper — that ID is the only thing linking the referral to your account.
Step 3
The paper is reviewed & published The referred paper goes through the same transparent peer review as every other submission. Once it is accepted and the formalities are complete, it is published.
Step 4
Points are credited 300 reward points are credited to your RMS account for every referred paper that is successfully published. Points appear in your account immediately after publication.

How many points do I earn per referred paper?

You earn 300 points for every paper referred by you that gets successfully published in JMVRA. Points are credited only after publication.

What is the minimum points required to redeem?

You need a minimum of 971 points to submit a redemption request. 1 reward point equals ₹1, and redeemed points are used as credit towards the publication charge of a paper.

How do I reset my RMS password?

Click 'Forgot password?' on the login page and enter your registered email address. A new password will be sent to that email within minutes.

How do I register as an JMVRA reviewer?

Click 'Apply as Reviewer' on the login page, complete the Reviewer Registration Form, and submit the required academic documents. Once your profile is verified by the editorial team, you'll receive your Reviewer ID and RMS login credentials by email.

  • Reward points are credited only after the referred paper is successfully published.
  • The referred author must mention the correct Reviewer ID during paper submission.
  • Duplicate, invalid, or fraudulent referrals will not be considered.
  • JMVRA reserves the right to verify all referrals before approving reward points.
  • Reward points are non-transferable.
  • The Editorial Board reserves the right to modify the RMS policy without prior notice.
  • Decisions of the Editorial Board regarding reviewer selection and rewards shall be final.
