Who Can Become a Reviewer / Referral for JMVRA?
Any person who holds a Ph.D in a relevant field, or has completed a Master's degree in Engineering / Science with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the same discipline. In short, anyone who is an expert in an article's research field is eligible to apply.

How to Become a Reviewer / Referral for JMVRA?
- Fill out the registration form above and submit your request.
- A notification email will be sent to confirm receipt of your request.
- Our editorial team will evaluate your application.
- If accepted, a confirmation email with your login credentials for the Reviewer Management System (RMS) will be issued.
- Your unique Reviewer ID will be included in that email.
- Log in to the RMS to participate in the review process and the recognition program.
How do Reviewers earn rewards?
- Share your Reviewer ID with colleagues / students when recommending JMVRA for publication.
- When a recommended author publishes successfully, 300 Reward Points are added to your account.
- Once you accumulate enough points, JMVRA converts them to cash and pays you directly.
Terms & Conditions
- Reward points are credited only after a recommended colleague / student completes the full publication process successfully.
- Points are visible and trackable in your RMS account after a paper is published.
- 1 Reward Point = ₹1 (Indian Rupee)
- Points appear as account credit once sufficient points have been earned.
- Reward points can be redeemed once your balance reaches ₹971 INR — about 4 published referrals.
Before you submit
What happens after I submit the registration form?
You receive an acknowledgement at the email address you entered. The editorial team checks your qualification, designation and the three documents, and on approval emails your Reviewer ID with the RMS login credentials.
Which documents do I need to upload?
A resume or CV, your latest degree certificate and an identity proof (election card, PAN, college ID or driving licence), each up to 8 MB as .doc, .docx, .pdf, .jpg or .png. A display photo is optional.
Does joining cost anything or commit me to a number of reviews?
No. Registration is free, there is no review quota, and you may decline any invitation. Papers are sent to you only in the research field you select above.
How are referral points earned and redeemed?
300 points are credited for every referred paper that is published (1 point = ₹1). Points can be redeemed once the balance reaches ₹971 INR — see Advantages & Role of Reviewer.
Trouble with the form?
If an upload fails or you do not receive the acknowledgement email, send your details to the editorial office and we will register you.
