Where do I find my registration ID and private key?
Both are in the confirmation e-mail sent to the corresponding author when the paper was submitted. The ID is the six-digit number after the journal prefix.
I lost the private key — can I still sign in?
Yes. Choose "Email" on the form and enter the e-mail address used at submission; it is accepted in place of the key.
How soon does the status change?
As soon as the editorial team records a step — the review decision, the fee, the documents and the publication each update the page the moment they are entered.
Can I download certificates here?
Yes. Once the paper is published, every author's certificate of publication is available from the status page.
Cannot sign in?
Write from the e-mail address used at submission, quoting the paper title; the registration ID and private key will be re-sent.
