What to include in your message

• Your paper’s Registration ID in the subject line, if you have one.
• The email address you submitted with, so the reply reaches the right inbox.
• One or two sentences on what you need: status, payment, certificate, correction or scope.
• For a payment query: the date, the amount and the transaction ID.
• For a new paper: the title and a one-paragraph abstract, and the editor confirms scope.
• Never card or bank passwords, and never a payment to any account not shown on the official payment pages.
