Research Journal Publication for Authors in Israel

Looking for research paper publication or a research journal to publish in from Israel? JMVRA — Journal of Modern and Versatile Research Approach, ISSN 2984-8911 — publishes original research papers, review articles and case studies every month, open access under CC BY 4.0, after editorial screening and double-blind peer review. Authors in Israel submit online and pay the international fee of $41 USD, only after acceptance. The same publisher also offers book publication with ISBN and ISSN consultancy for new journals.

High-intensity science and technology research.

Authors from Israel (Middle East) work with JMVRA entirely online and in English: each paper is screened for scope and originality, double-blind peer reviewed, and — once accepted — published in the next monthly issue with a Crossref DOI and a citable page, so it can be found and cited from Israel and everywhere else.

Main research cities: Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Haifa, Rehovot.

ISSN consultancy · in Israel

ISSN Consultancy in Israel: How to Get an ISSN for Your Journal

An ISSN identifies a journal in one format — print (p-ISSN) or online (e-ISSN). Journals published from India apply free of charge to the ISSN National Centre at the National Science Library, CSIR-NIScPR, New Delhi. Journals published in Israel apply to their own national ISSN centre (listed on the ISSN Portal), or to the ISSN International Centre where there is none; the requirements are similar. The rules are now strict, and many first applications are refused. These are the essentials:

  • Free of charge; at least 30 working days
  • Online journals: only after the first issue (5+ articles; 10 for annual)
  • At least 5 editorial board members with institutional email IDs
  • Publisher name and full Indian address on the website
  • Each article on its own page — not one full-issue PDF
  • No misleading indexing claims and no plagiarised articles

ISSN rejected? JMVRA’s ISSN consultancy audits the journal and the refusal, helps fix the website, board and first issue, and prepares a complete fresh application. Only the national centre assigns ISSNs — no one can guarantee one.
