Since June 2023, JMVRA Publication has been the scholarly and literary publishing house that runs JMVRA within a three-journal network alongside TIJER and JNRID, while also serving authors in India and abroad as a full-service book publisher.
JMVRA Publication's corporate website is jwpublication.org, which offers the company profile, the complete catalogue and a direct enquiries desk.
Visit jwpublication.orgAbout JMVRA Publication
JMVRA Publication (working publicly as JW Publication, jwpublication.org) has been publishing JMVRA since June 2023 and works from a straightforward idea: any publication, be it a research paper or a full-length book, should be judged by its merit and reach readers everywhere, rather than being locked behind a cost that only well-funded institutions can bear. Wider access generally means more readers and more chances of being cited.
Leading the group's academic output is JMVRA (Journal of Modern and Versatile Research Approach, ISSN 2984-8911), a UGC Status & Parameters, transparently peer-reviewed journal, which is the one you are reading at this moment. JMVRA sits in a three-journal network with TIJER – International Research Journal (ISSN 2349-9249) and the Journal of Novel Research and Innovative Development, JNRID (ISSN 2984-8687), and JMVRA Publication also runs a dedicated book publication division, so authors with either a research paper or a full manuscript can publish both with one trustworthy, verifiable publisher.
All titles in the portfolio follow one shared standard: prices stated openly in advance, a real editorial and review process, and a lasting, citable, findable record — a Crossref DOI for journal articles, and an ISBN plus worldwide distribution for books. A record that can be cited reliably is worth checking before you commit to any publisher.
Some services fall outside the base packages in both parts of the business and can always be had on request: for journal articles a Crossref DOI is available on request whichever network journal you choose, and for the book division a DOI (for eligible chapters), additional publication certificates and a physical hard copy of the completed book may all be added on request. None of this is a concealed upsell — each add-on is listed openly in the Journal Publication Plans and Book Publication sections below.

What We Publish
Pick between two separate and entirely transparent publishing routes, whichever suits the work you have produced.
Journal Publication
Publish a research paper in a UGC Status & Parameters, transparently peer-reviewed journal with a permanent Crossref DOI and indexing across major academic databases.
Book Publication
Bring out a complete book — academic monograph, textbook, edited volume, poetry or fiction — with expert editing, ISBN registration and worldwide distribution.
Founded On Trust & Transparency
The same four promises hold for all the journals and books we publish.
Published Pricing
All fees are stated on this site in advance, with no concealed charges and no unexpected invoice once a paper is accepted.
Real Editorial Process
Journals receive real double-blind peer review and books receive real language and structure checks, never a token approval.
Permanent Record
Articles carry a Crossref DOI and books an ISBN, so both stay findable and citable for many decades.
On-Request Add-Ons
Eligible book chapters can get a DOI, and a publication certificate and printed copy of the book can also be had, all on request when required.

Book Publication Timeline
Send the manuscript as a Word/PDF file together with your author details and preferred cover style.
Day 1The structure, content and language are assessed and proofreading is done.
Day 1–2Typesetting to industry standards, plus chapter design, a table of contents, an index and a bibliography.
Day 2–4An official ISBN is assigned and a tailor-made cover is created with the author's approval.
Day 3–5The final proof goes to you for checking, and corrections are applied before the print-ready file is prepared.
Day 5–6Sales begin via Amazon, Flipkart, Google Books, Kindle and Apple Books along with 200+ stores, while your author dashboard goes live.
Day 7Further Options On Request
Apart from the base package, these three add-ons answer what authors most often ask before bringing out a book with us.
Crossref DOI
By default a book is identified through its ISBN. When you need a citable digital identifier — for instance for a single chapter within an edited volume — a DOI can be registered on request for an extra fee. Check whether your institution or funder actually requires a DOI before paying for one.
Publication Certificate
The base package includes a formal publication certificate for the primary author. Co-authors can request additional certificates, and a reprinted or replacement copy is also available on request.
Physical Copy of the Book
By default, distribution is digital-first and uses print-on-demand. Besides the standard listing, you can order physical author copies of your finished, printed book on request.
Mention any of these when you ask for your book quote at [email protected].
Before you submit anywhere, confirm our complete catalogue, legal details and portfolio straight from jwpublication.org.
jwpublication.orgAuthors arrive on this page with one of two quite different needs. The first: “My research paper is complete and I need a credible journal to publish it.” The second: “I have written a book — a textbook, a monograph, a poetry collection, a novel — and want it published professionally.” Each is a valid publishing need, each is handled by JMVRA Publication (JW Publication, jwpublication.org), and this guide covers both from start to finish. Identifying your need first saves time and avoids paying for a service that does not fit.
About JMVRA Publication
Publishing JMVRA since June 2023, JMVRA Publication runs two related but separate businesses: a portfolio of academic journals and a book publication service. JMVRA — the Journal of Modern and Versatile Research Approach, ISSN 2984-8911, a UGC Status & Parameters, transparently peer-reviewed journal that follows international publishing practice — anchors a three-journal network completed by TIJER – International Research Journal (ISSN 2349-9249, established 2014) and the Journal of Novel Research and Innovative Development (JNRID) (ISSN 2984-8687, established 2023); the group also runs the IJWAVE platform. The book division, on the other hand, carries a completed manuscript through editing, formatting, ISBN registration and distribution until it becomes a published book that readers can buy.
Both lines run on one guiding principle: openly published prices, a real editorial process and a lasting record. No price is revealed only after you have committed, and the publisher promises nothing it could not back up with evidence if you ask. At any time you can check the group's legal registration, its complete journal and book catalogue and its current contact details at jwpublication.org.
Journal or Book — Which One Do You Really Need?
The answer seems obvious until an author holds, say, a PhD thesis they would like to turn into “something published” and cannot tell which route suits it. What separates the routes is the shape of the work and the purpose you need it to serve.
| Signal | Suggests Journal Publication | Suggests Book Publication |
|---|---|---|
| Length | 4–20 pages covering a focused study or review | 60+ pages giving a full treatment of a subject |
| Purpose | Presents a particular finding or an original research contribution | Offers a whole body of work, such as a textbook, monograph or collection |
| Institutional need | Meeting a PhD thesis requirement, earning API score or NAAC credit | Proof of authorship, adoption for courses, sale to the public |
| Identifier needed | DOI (Digital Object Identifier) | ISBN (International Standard Book Number) |
| Review type | Review by experts in the subject | Editing and language checks rather than academic peer review |
| Where it lives | Indexed by Google Scholar, CrossRef, OpenAlex and so on. | Available for purchase on Amazon, Flipkart, Google Books, Kindle, Apple Books |
A few projects really call for both. A doctoral thesis, for example, may be divided into two or three journal articles to meet the degree requirement and then, once the degree is awarded, rewritten as a monograph for the book division. Nothing prohibits publishing the same underlying research in both forms, as long as the book version is plainly much expanded and thoroughly rewritten, not a word-for-word reprint of the journal article — releasing identical text in two venues without disclosure carries the ethical problems of any duplicate publication.
Reasons to Publish a Journal Article in JW's Journals
All journals in the JMVRA Publication portfolio share one fixed baseline: a genuine editorial board, transparent double-blind peer review, a published fee schedule and Crossref DOI registration on request for each accepted article. For the flagship title, JMVRA, this baseline is fully documented on the About JMVRA and Indexing & Abstracting pages, and the portfolio as a whole is held to it.
In practice this means three things: reviewers who are able to reject your paper actually read and assess it, rather than approving it for a fee; the price quoted when you submit is the price you pay, with no second invoice after acceptance; and, if you ask for a DOI, your article gets one that will keep resolving for decades, with metadata passed automatically to Google Scholar, OpenAlex, OpenAIRE, Scilit, ResearchGate and Zenodo. Saving the confirmation emails you receive at each stage is a good habit for later reference.
How the Three Network Journals Differ
The network offers journal publication in three separate journals, each with its own published fee — ₹971 INR at JMVRA and ₹970 at both TIJER and JNRID. These are not service levels of one journal: all three are multidisciplinary, open access, peer-reviewed and published monthly, and no paper is accepted or rejected because of the fee its author pays.
- JMVRA — ₹971 INR / $41 USD: the Journal of Modern and Versatile Research Approach (ISSN 2984-8911, established June 2023), with an Impact Factor of 11.25 (calculated by Google Scholar). JMVRA is aligned with UGC's Suggested Parameters for Choosing Peer-Reviewed Journals. Submissions go through JMVRA's submission form, and its fee for international authors is the lowest of the three.
- TIJER — ₹970 / $50: TIJER – International Research Journal (ISSN 2349-9249, established 2014, website tijer.org), described by the network as a High Impact Factor journal and a "UGC CARE Approved, Transparent Peer-Reviewed (Refereed) Journal as per new UGC Notification". It is the oldest title of the three.
- JNRID — ₹970 / $50: the Journal of Novel Research and Innovative Development (ISSN 2984-8687, established 2023, website jnrid.org), also presented as High Impact Factor and "Multidisciplinary, Monthly, Crossref DOI, Indexing in all major database & Metadata". TIJER and JNRID papers are both submitted through the Research Wave page.
For an Indian author, a one-rupee gap means the fee should not drive the decision; compare recent issues, subject fit and what your institution asks for instead. For an author paying in dollars, JMVRA's $41 USD is nine dollars below the $50 charged by TIJER and JNRID. Whichever you pick, look the ISSN up on portal.issn.org and make sure the website you are paying on matches the one listed there.
Each Stage of the Journal Publication Process
- Submission — the manuscript is sent online with no submission fee, Day 1.
- Screening & plagiarism check — checks of scope, formatting and similarity, Day 1–2.
- Peer review — transparent double-blind evaluation by subject experts, with a decision on Day 1–2.
- Revision & acceptance — the author answers reviewer comments and an acceptance letter is issued.
- Crossref DOI assignment — a lasting, citable identifier is registered for the article.
- Publication & indexing — the article goes live, spreads to indexing databases and a certificate is issued.
Each stage is described thoroughly in Documentation, which covers formatting rules and citation style, while Tutorials provides a walkthrough you can click through.
Reasons to Publish a Book With JW Publication
Book publishing has long struggled with the same pair of problems as journal publishing: expense and a lack of clarity. Traditional publishers may take months to reply, give vague royalty terms and charge a debut author more than the market will bear, while self-publishing platforms address cost but leave the author to handle editing, cover design, formatting, ISBN registration and distribution set-up alone. Comparing what each route leaves to you helps avoid unpleasant surprises later.
The book division of JW Publication occupies the middle ground: a managed, full-service process (editing, formatting, cover design, ISBN, distribution) with a published starting price of ₹3,000, in which the author stays informed and approves proofs at each stage instead of surrendering a manuscript and waiting.
What the “From ₹3,000” Price Really Covers
What you get in the standard book package: a review of the manuscript with language editing, expert formatting and typesetting, a bespoke cover, an official ISBN, your sign-off on the proof before printing begins, online distribution worldwide, a royalty-tracking dashboard and a certificate of publication.
Whatever is charged above ₹3,000 depends on factors that really do differ between manuscripts: the total number of pages, whether the interior has colour images or only text, hardcover or paperback binding, and the distribution scope you choose (standard online distribution compared with an extra print run or bulk institutional copies). That is why the published figure is a starting price and not one flat fee — to get an exact quote for your manuscript, email [email protected] with your page count and preferred format.
Three services fall outside the base package and are supplied on request: a Crossref DOI for the book or one of its chapters (for authors who need a citable digital identifier in addition to the standard ISBN), an additional publication certificate for a co-author or as a replacement copy, and a physical hard copy of the finished, printed book for the author's own records or presentations. Because distribution is digital-first and print-on-demand by default, a bound author copy is ordered separately when asked for. The quoted price never silently bundles any of them, so name the ones you want when requesting your quote.
ISBN vs ISSN vs DOI: Three Distinct Identifiers
Authors who move for the first time between journal and book publishing frequently mix these three up, so precision helps.
| Identifier | Identifies | Assigned To | Used By |
|---|---|---|---|
| ISBN | A single edition of a single book | Each book publication | Booksellers, libraries, distributors |
| ISSN | The periodical itself | The whole journal (for example 2984-8911 for JMVRA) | Library catalogues and indexing directories such as ROAD |
| DOI | A single journal article (optionally also a book or chapter) | Given to all journal articles automatically; for a book or chapter only on request | CrossRef, tracking of citations, lasting links |
To sum up, the ISSN is a journal's lasting number, the DOI belongs permanently to one particular article, and the ISBN identifies one particular book edition for good. All three serve the same underlying purpose — making a published work uniquely identifiable and findable indefinitely, whatever becomes of any single website. Quote the right identifier whenever you cite or list your work.
Each Stage of the Book Publication Process
- Manuscript submission — a Word/PDF file with author details and cover style preference, Day 1.
- Manuscript review & editing — the structure, content and language are examined and the text is proofread, Day 1–2.
- Professional formatting & layout — typesetting, chapter design and styling of the table of contents, index and bibliography, Day 2–4.
- ISBN registration & cover design — an official ISBN is allotted by the national agency and a custom cover is designed with author approval, Day 3–5.
- Author proof approval — the final proof is reviewed and approved by you before the print-ready file is produced, Day 5–6.
- Publishing & global distribution — the book goes on sale via Amazon, Flipkart, Google Books, Kindle, Apple Books and 200+ stores, and the author dashboard with royalty tracking is activated, Day 7.
Expect roughly one week between a print-ready manuscript and a listing readers can buy, on condition that no big structural rework is required and the author answers quickly when the proof needs approving.
Rights, Royalties and What Stays With Authors
The author keeps authorship and copyright of the book manuscript. What the publication package pays for is production and distribution — editing, design, ISBN, listing and fulfilment — and the author dashboard tracks royalties, so you see sales as they occur instead of waiting for a periodic statement. Precise royalty terms and rights details are confirmed in writing when your book quote is issued, as they can vary with distribution scope; ask for this together with your manuscript quote. Read any rights clause carefully and keep a signed copy for your files.
Where Your Book Is Really Sold
Published books reach readers via Amazon, Flipkart, Google Books, Kindle, Apple Books and 200+ more retail and library-supply channels served through standard book trade distribution. That is quite different from just placing a PDF on a personal website: a title with an ISBN and proper distribution can be found through the same search and ordering systems as any traditionally published book, including the library acquisition systems used by institutional buyers.
Picking the Suitable Journal or Book Package
| Your Situation | Recommended Path |
|---|---|
| Meeting a PhD thesis requirement on a normal timeline | JMVRA ₹971 INR (aligned with UGC's Suggested Parameters), or TIJER / JNRID ₹970 if your institution asks for their stated basis — confirm with your department first |
| International author paying in US dollars | JMVRA $41 USD (TIJER and JNRID charge $50) |
| Preference for the network title with the longest publishing record | TIJER ₹970 / $50 (established 2014), via Research Wave |
| Wanting the lowest Indian-author fee in the network | TIJER or JNRID ₹970 — one rupee below JMVRA's ₹971 INR |
| Finished manuscript needing the quickest, simplest listing | Book, standard package from ₹3,000 |
| A manuscript containing colour images, or needing hardcover or bulk institutional copies | Book, bespoke quote (ask by email) |
| A thesis that could yield a paper now and a complete monograph later | Begin with a journal paper for the degree requirement, then follow with a book as an expanded rewrite |
Checking JW Publication Before You Pay
Apply the same careful checks here that you would use when choosing any journal. Before you pay for a journal submission or a book package, confirm the company profile and current contact details at jwpublication.org; for journal publication, remember that UGC has discontinued the UGC-CARE list, so check how the specific journal measures up against UGC's Suggested Parameters (and your institution's rules), confirm its ISSN on the ISSN Portal and test the DOI of a recent article; for book publication, ask to see a live listing of a previously published title on Amazon or Google Books before you commit. Walk away from any publisher that has nothing to show you.
Article, Chapter or Book: Quick Guide to Deciding
| Your material | Best format |
|---|---|
| A single focused study with clear results | Journal article |
| An item for a themed collection | A chapter within an edited volume |
| An entire thesis or wide-ranging coverage of a subject | Authored book |
| Course teaching material | A textbook or study guide |
Records to Retain for Every Publication
- Final accepted version — together with the published file
- Identifiers — whichever of ISSN, ISBN or DOI applies
- Agreements and receipts — the licence, the copyright form and proof of payment
- Review evidence — reviewer comments and decision letters
Choosing Between Journal and Book Publishing Services
Publishing services come in many shapes, and the right one depends on your goal. These pointers help authors compare offers sensibly and avoid paying for features they do not need.
- Define your purpose first. Decide whether you need a short peer-reviewed article or a long-form book before comparing providers. A clear purpose makes it easy to ignore attractive but irrelevant extras.
- Request a written list of inclusions. Ask what each service includes, such as editing, formatting, identifiers and distribution. Written details prevent misunderstandings and let you compare different providers fairly.
- Understand each identifier. Learn what an ISBN, an ISSN and a DOI each identify. Knowing the difference helps you notice when a service describes one identifier as if it were another.
- Keep control of your files. Retain original manuscripts, images and permissions in your own folders. Having complete source material lets you move to another publisher if circumstances change.
- Read the agreement before paying. Check how rights, revisions and refunds are handled in writing. Uncertain terms are best settled by email before any payment is made.
Match the service to your scholarly goal, get every promise in writing and keep your own copies of all material.
Questions Researchers Often Ask
Does JMVRA Publication also publish JMVRA?
Yes. JMVRA is the lead journal of JMVRA Publication (JW Publication), which also runs the IJWAVE platform and a separate book publication division. JMVRA's journal network also includes TIJER (ISSN 2349-9249) and JNRID (ISSN 2984-8687), both submitted through the Research Wave page.
May I use one manuscript for both a book and a journal article?
Not if the text is identical in both places and undisclosed, as this raises duplicate-publication concerns. A thesis may become a focused journal article for the degree requirement and, separately, a considerably rewritten and expanded monograph for the book division.
Is ISBN registration part of the ₹3,000 book price?
Yes, the base book publication package covers official ISBN registration, in addition to editing, formatting, cover design, proof approval, global distribution and a publication certificate.
Does the network journal I choose influence acceptance of my paper?
No. JMVRA, TIJER and JNRID are separate peer-reviewed journals, and the fee you pay — ₹971 INR or ₹970 — has no bearing on how strictly a paper is reviewed. Pick the journal whose recent issues best match your topic, and submit to only one of them at a time.
How can I find out the exact price and not just a starting figure?
Journal papers can be priced with the Cost Calculator, which gives an itemised estimate. For books, send your page count, colour or black-and-white content and preferred binding to [email protected] and ask for a custom quote.
Where can I find the complete JW Publication catalogue and company information?
The official corporate site, jwpublication.org, holds the full journal and book catalogue, the company profile and enquiry contacts.
