Hard Copy Dispatch
Hard copies are sent to the corresponding author only: individual certificates for each author, one copy of the confirmation letter and one copy of the published paper.
- Check the soft copies first. Verify every detail in the published paper, the e-certificate and the e-confirmation letter. Report anything incorrect within 3 days of receiving them. Once a hard copy has been dispatched it cannot be corrected.
- Address details are required before dispatch. Where none are supplied, the address already on file is treated as correct.
- Returned shipments. If the address given is incorrect and the shipment is returned, we do not re-dispatch automatically. A repeat dispatch carries an additional charge of ₹300.
- Dispatch timeline. Between one and two months, the longer figure applying only under heavy load. Certificates are dispatched between the 25th and the 31st of each month.
Privacy

On submission we collect information about the paper and its authors: name, designation, institute or university, email address and contact number, together with the title, author details, research area, abstract, index terms and content of the paper. Server logs also record your IP address, cookies and the pages requested.
- How it is used. To operate and improve the website, to deliver the services offered, and to contact you about your submission — issue details, deadlines, conferences and related updates. Email addresses supplied with an order or query are used for replying to it.
- Indexing partners. Details of published papers are supplied to indexing partners as part of normal dissemination. This is how a published paper becomes discoverable.
- Sharing and disclosure. We do not rent or sell personal information. It is shared only with trusted partners working on our behalf under confidentiality agreements; where necessary to investigate or prevent illegal activity, suspected fraud, threats to physical safety or breaches of these terms; where required by law; or where the business is acquired by or merged with another company.
- Opting out. To stop receiving email from us, write to [email protected] and say so.
- Changes. Significant changes to how personal information is handled are notified to the corresponding author’s email address or by a prominent notice on the site.
