From Manuscript to Published Paper

Prepare the manuscript
Format the paper to the JMVRA template — title, abstract, keywords, body, references. Run your own plagiarism check before you submit; papers above the accepted similarity threshold are returned rather than reviewed.
Submit online
Upload through the Submit Paper form. You receive a Registration ID and a Private Key by email immediately — keep both, they are what let you track the paper later.
Transparent peer review
Two or more subject reviewers assess technical quality, originality, methodology and clarity under a double-blind process. Written reviewer feedback is returned with the decision, not just an outcome.
Decision and revision
Accept, minor revision, major revision or reject — normally within 1–3 working days. Revisions are re-checked against the reviewer comments that prompted them.
Complete the formalities
Submit the copyright form and pay the publication charge. Certificates, DOI, hard copy and the peer review report are selected at this stage.
Publication and indexing
The paper is published in Volume 4 Issue 10, metadata is deposited to CrossRef where DOI was selected, and e-certificates become available for immediate download.

Where the journal stands with UGC
JMVRA is a Transparent, Peer-Reviewed, Open Access Journal (Refereed Journal). Following the discontinuation of the UGC and UGC-CARE journal listing, and in alignment with the latest UGC-CARE recommendations and guidelines, JMVRA is aligned with UGC’s Suggested Parameters for Choosing Peer-Reviewed Journals.
No UGC journal number is quoted: UGC no longer maintains a journal list, so none exists for a journal founded after 2019. Verify the journal through its ISSN record, review policy, archive and fee page instead. UGC public notice (PDF)
